Cam’Ron is back and reunites with producer A-Trak on their collaborative project, U Wasn’t There.
Executive produced by Dame Dame, Cam’Ron, A-Trak, and Dave 1, the Harlem legend reflects on his come up with “All I Really Wanted” and narrates hood tales on “Ghetto Prophets” featuring Conway The Machine.
The 9-track set also features appearances by Dame Dash, Jim Jones, Styles P, and Mr. Vegas. Meanwhile, Cam’Ron and A-Trak’s 2014 “Dipshits” with Juelz Santana and Dame Dash appears as a bonus. On the production side, Just Blaze, Thelonious Martin, DJ Khalil, DJ Thoro, !llmind, and many more, lend their contributions.
U Wasn’t There marks Cam’Ron’s first project since 2019’s Purple Haze 2, while A-Trak is hot off his collaboration with Meechy Darko’s track, “On God“.
