According to reports, Palmer, 22, won the title of Young Player of the Season in the Premier League for his 2023-2024 campaign.

The England international won the award after defeating Erling Haaland, William Saliba, Kobbie Mainoo, Phil Foden, Destiny Udogie and Alexander Isak.

Palmer joined Stamford Bridge on the day of the summer transfer window, following Manchester City’s decision to let their academy potential to depart the team.

Since then, he has helped Chelsea reach sixth position in the premier division of English football by scoring 22 goals and providing ten assists this current season.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are currently three points clear of Newcastle United in seventh place, as the Blues look to secure European football for next season.

The season’s last matchup between Newcastle and Brentford is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. UK time.
