AMVCA: My look worth over $100k – Ifuennada replies critics

Reality TV star, Ifuennada, has responded to criticisms over her outfit to the Africa Movie Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA.

AMVCA: My look worth over 0k - Ifuennada replies critics

Ifuennada wore a transformation black dress with human skulls, which had Nigerians, fashion buffs criticising her.

Responding to her critics, the reality star on Sunday disclosed that her entire look to the eighth edition of the AMVCA was worth over $100,000.

She warned that those too broke to afford such money are not qualified to criticize her look, adding that she brought the Hollywood style ‘Met Gala’ to Nollywood.

Her post read: ” First of all, I want to thank everyone who saw and understood the creativity and beauty in my AMVCA Transformer Look last night.

    “Now, to those Critics who wrote cr@p about my Look or intentionally posted my Look just to bash me, here’s what I have to say;

“My entire look is worth over 100k USD… Yes you read that right! So if you don’t have a minimum of 10k USD in a domiciliary account, you have no right to speak on my Look.

“Basically, stay away from criticising my outfit if you are a broke a**.”

According to her, her aim of choosing that look was to shake the internet not to win Best dressed which she achieved.

“Lastly, I’m not one to please anyone, I always mind my business and I always do what I want because I really don’t give a fu** about most people. I wanted to scatter everywhere and so far, I think I did just that, so if your existence has not shook the internet at any point in your miserable life, if all you do is sit in a god forsaken cubicle and hate on how people choose to live their lives, DO NOT SPEAK ON MY DRESS.

“PS: The mission was not to win best dressed, but to bring Met Gala to AMVCA and I DID JUST THAT.” [sic].

Families were left screaming as swimmers fell from the broken slide to the concrete floor.

According to the water park, the accident happened because the ride had worn out and weakened over time, although they did add that it was “overloaded” with people when it happened.

The most recent maintenance check happened more than nine months ago, which called for the deputy mayor of Surabaya, known only as Armuji, to call for an “immediate inspection” of the rest of the park and other amusement parks in the area.

Mayor Eri Cahyadi said: “The Surabaya City Government will provide trauma-healing assistance to be carried out by the offices to all victims.

“They are accompanied until full recovery.”

Of the 16 people who were involved, eight of them were taken to a nearby hospital, and three of them suffered broken bones.

Mayor Cahyadi added in an update last night: “One victim did not experience any problems, and after a CT scan, the victim’s condition was normal and there were no fractures and other injuries, but the victim experienced dizziness, and must be hospitalized and observed by the medical team.

“God willing, it would not be something, thus, we pray together.”

He also said that the park’s management would be held responsible for the accident, and that they would be tasked with footing the bill for medical expenses occurred by anyone involved until they are “all fully recovered”.

Blac Chyna loses her legal beef with judge in Kardashian trial after accusing him of bias

Blac Chyna has lost her legal beef with the judge in the Kardashian trial after accusing him of being biased.

The social media star had filed a lawsuit accusing Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of showing an “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” attitude against her and her attorney after she lost her  legal battle with the Kardashians.

She had claimed that the judge’s alleged bias worked against her after he tossed Blac Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids as well as threatening the judge, though she claims it was actually aimed at Kris and not the judge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna lost a motion to disqualify the judge who presided over the defamation trial the Kardashians recently won.

It was gathered that  Chyna’s motion ”made no sense” because if she wanted to press a bias claim, she needed to do so during the trial, and not after the trial is over.

Judge Gregory W. Alarcon also fired back at Chyna, saying she provided no legal grounds for disqualification and defending himself as being unbiased.

Couple files $650,000 suit against their son for not giving them grandchildren

Couple files 0,000 suit against their son for not giving them grandchildren

An Indian couple are taking their son to court demanding that he and his wife produce either a grandchild within a year or pay $650,000.

Sanjeev and Sadhana Prasad say that they exhausted their savings raising and educating their pilot son and paying for a lavish wedding. Now they want payback.

“My son has been married for six years but they are still not planning a baby. At least if we have a grandchild to spend time with, our pain will become bearable,” the couple said in their petition filed with a court in Haridwar recently.

The compensation they are demanding includes the cost of a wedding reception in a five-star hotel, a luxury car worth $80,000, and paying for the couple’s honeymoon abroad, the Times of India reported Thursday May 12.

The parents also forked out $65,000 to get their son trained as a pilot in the United States only for him to return to India unemployed, the paper said.

“We also had to take a loan to build our house and now we are going through a lot of financial hardships. Mentally too we are quite disturbed because we are living alone,” the couple said in their petition.

The couple’s lawyer Arvind Kumar said the petition will be taken up for hearing by the court in northern India on May 17.
